USGIF will be offering a number of a la carte spouse/guest tours in San Antonio. Explore San Antonio with these various activities. Transportation is included for all off-site tours. Please note these tours are a separate cost from your conference registration. You may sign up for these tours up until the day of.

Monday, June 5
Narrated River Tour – $10
9-10 a.m.
Tour downtown San Antonio by way of the river and hear a historical narration of the city on a privately chartered barge.

Central Market Cooking Class – $98
10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
A private, hands-on class where participants learn new skills while preparing a favorite local dish.

Tuesday June 6
San Antonio Breakfast Tour – $35
7 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Eat like a local San Antonian! Enjoy “Texas Style” kolaches, Tex-Mex breakfast tacos, and pan dulce (Mexican pastries), all while learning the lush history of downtown’s most iconic landmarks. Tour is held outdoors and covers approximately 1 mile of walking.

Garcia Glass Studio Demonstration & Lunch – $116
10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Take a tour of the Garcia Art Glass studio and hot shop. Watch a narrated glass blowing demonstration of a beautiful piece being made from start to finish and hear from the Garcia family on what inspires them. Following the studio demonstration, enjoy lunch at Rosario’s, a local favorite tex-mex restaurant. Lunch and a gift certificate to use at the art glass studio store are included in registration.
